  • Credit Purchases: Access to specific features is granted through the purchase of credit packages.
  • No Expiration: Once purchased, credits do not expire and will remain available in your account as long as your account is active.
  • Third-Party AI Integration: Our Services utilize external APIs provided by OpenAI, xAI, Google AI, and Replicate. By using our tools, you acknowledge that your inputs may be processed through these providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

  • Pricing: Prices for credit packages are displayed on the Website and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • No Refund Policy: According to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal (refund) does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun. By purchasing credits on barichord.com, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital credits are added to your account.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Platform Ownership: Barichord SRLS retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Website, tools, and software.
  • User Generated Content: You retain ownership of the outputs generated through our tools. You grant Barichord a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your inputs solely to provide and improve the requested Services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape the Website.
  • Generating content that violates third-party intellectual property or safety guidelines of our API providers (OpenAI, xAI, Google, Replicate).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Barichord SRLS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools or any service interruptions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
